Allama al Majlisi in Al Maqbaas that one should recite the following after the Dawn prayer before speaking to anyone.
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَعَجِّلْ فَرَجَ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَاَعْتِقْ رَقَبَتِيْ مِنَ النَّارِ۔
O You my Creator and Nurturer; Send your salutations, greetings, blessings, and grace onto Mohammad and the children and family of Mohammad, hasten the advent of Mohammad and Mohammad’s family, and save my neck from the fire of hell
